What is Hermes?

Hermes Agent is an open-source AI agent made by Nous Research. It runs on a schedule, remembers context and works through tools. We set it up and run it for your brand.

Can Hermes change my store or my ads?

Not by default. It starts read-only: it checks, reports and drafts. Anything that changes your store, spends money or messages customers waits for your approval.

Does it talk to my customers?

Only through the official WhatsApp Business API, and only for order updates, reminders and follow-ups you approve. Never from a personal number, never open-ended chat.

Who pays for the AI?

It’s included in the monthly plan. You don’t need your own AI account.

What counts as a measured number?

A figure we took ourselves with a named tool, device and date, or one from your own analytics with its sample size. Estimates never appear as results.
